I've got a few blunt drill bits that won't mark it too much

You have to buy new weather strips, there are no holes left as you get special brackets that bolt in to fill all the holes (pic below), if you need the part numbers for a newage of the bits you need just let know

The bulb fitment for your headlamps will be the same for whatever temp range you have eg 4300k 6000k 8000k etc

It was fun, sort of taking the trim off and hoping it will all go back together OK with no rattles
