  1. Cal, I take it you'll be bringing your camera mount? I'll be bringing my camera mount too. So maybe we can get some simultaneous front and back action? Ian
  2. Posting this up here for local chaps first. Jasma stainless steel back box with 5" Tail pipe and stainless steel de-cat centre section, needs a clean and has a few dinks but otherwise good nick. Standard downpipe cat. Standard cast manifolds. These were removed from my 95 WRX as i have gone straight through with a full de-cat. I am open to offers as they are now just taking up space in my garage. This is in Falkirk area but can possibly arrange delivery to anywhere on central belt or even en-route to Aberdeen Cheers, Ian
  3. Look out...yer cars on fire
  4. Daz, My plan is to take the 924S on track, so i hope they let old bangers on! John, Whats the situation with 2nd drivers? Ian
  5. John, How do these really compare to harnesses? Are they simple to swap between cars? Ian
  6. It'll not be a problem for me in my 170bhp monster Thanks for organising this John. Really looking forward to it as it'll be my first knockhill day this year due to w*rk commitments! Only 39 sleeps
  7. Nice one Steve. Who else is booked up? 1) Steve 2) IanJ (Hopefully have the 924S sorted by then!)
  8. Des, if you are going with the magnex and getting hypertech to fit it. It might be worth giving him a call as he deals in magnex goodies. Ian
  9. << Its available at Tesco's Lakeside >> A bit far to travel just to fill up....but i am occasionaly down that neck of the woods so will bare it in mind
  10. Where was that taken?
  11. Hypertechs Yell page He supplies exhaust wrap etc, so at a guess i'd say yes. Give him a bell to find out for sure.
  12. Had my new clutch, exhaust, equal length manifold and downpipe fitted there last week. Top class service and IMO a good price. Would not hesitate to recommend Duncan to anyone. I believe he's got a stand at Knockhill next weekend and is planning on booking up his supercharged CTR on the SIDC trackday in June. Ian
  13. No experience of AWD. But i have just had some work carried out by Hypertech and have been very happy with them. Why not give Duncan a call, he's a bit closer than Perth. Hypertech Unit 13, Bonnybridge Industrial Estate, Murnin Rd, Bonnybridge, Stirlingshire FK4 2BW Tel: 01324 812212
  14. Is everyone aware that knockhill is on the 12th June? SIDC Shop
  15. Dave, Toyo 888's seem to be getting a very good write up. Circuit Driver did a back to back with them and a few others on a 968 club sport and they came out the best all round tyre (Even offering reasonable grip in the wet!) and for value for money i don't think you can fault them. They reckoned if you wanted a better dry tyre then get slicks. Jim Dickson quoted me £350 for 4 for the 924S (16" boxster wheels on it, can't remember the exact sizes) Ian
  16. In true scoobynet fashion.... Would you take my garden shed in p/x? or If you're selling it can i have the windows and doors

  18. The water display was the result of Cal clipping me (Clipping not ramming Dougster! ) Karting - A non-contact sport!
  19. << << I didn't inadvertantly bump anyone!!! >> Fooking liar..... Grant Still smoking me pipe after finishing two ahead of the Croesote kid despite starting two behind him >> I seem to remember someone knocking into Grant who in turn put me into the tyres Cal, No probs mate. Just glad i never had to wash that Kart suit
  20. Dave, 17 seconds....no problem, you want some tips Thanks again for organising an excellent day out. Put my name down for the next one! It's coming into holiday season so maybe get a provisional date sorted just now? Ian
  21. Thanks for organising a superb day out. I can just about type with my aching arms!! Shame i always got the slowest kart though Nowt to do with the 16 1/2 stone it had to carry Good to meet up with a few new (and old) faces. Looking forward to the next one (Phoning weight watchers first thing on monday!) Oh and Cal.....You owe my helmet a polish
  22. Thanks Derek. They couldn't do the job but they recommended this crowd Lite Engineering Tool Co Lorne Rd, Larbert, Stirlingshire FK5 4AT 01324 552366 I've taken it down to them and they are skimming it for me.
  23. << - used a small family co in Fife. Not the cheapest but its still standing ! >> Was that SRJ? If not, then add them to the list. We had them do a load of work on my old house and the quality was superb. Plus they did everything when they said they would (which is a bonus when dealing with trades these days). They even came back and moved a window that they'd fitted when we were doing some 'remodelling'. We have recommended them to a few folks since and all say the same.
  24. Thanks for your valued input John.....if it's on there it's not under Banknock or Pitcairns....
  25. Thanks Guys. Does anyone have a number for Pitcairns?
