Mine does sound a bit tappety at the start in the morning. but it sounds a bit like that some times anyway but not a very noisey level like a ford. My Engine does tend to sit about 1.3-1.6k rpm until I give the throttle a blip or 2 in the morning. Then engine settles into its normal 1k rpm tick over. Just sounds like its nothing out the ordinary unless its very loud? Cant say my cars tappety sound sounds any different to other wrx cars I have heard at meets or get togethers. But its always safer than sorry in the end, hope its all ok m8

I hate to say this but you are going to have all different types of people from different walks of life in here posting. Some that can produce perfect grammar and spelling and some that can?t spell or string a sentence together to save themselves. I have a slight issue with grammar and spelling myself and you tend to find I go back over posts sometimes because I have discovered that something doesn't look right. I think you should have some patience with some people or the simple answer is, don?t read it. It really does hack me off when people come on judging people by there standards of grammar and spelling. We aren't all perfect you know. Sarcasm at its best lads

Me and Scoobyandy did a fair bit of ground work for the cancelled run. Anyway we have come up with a nice drive round the Lothians and Borders that will take about one and a bit tanks of fuel (amount for a heavy modded car) to complete from start and back at a Optimax station. Run date: 02/10/05 Start Point: Lidl Foodstore carpark across from the Shell Petrol station in Musseburgh Start Time: 16:00 leaving 16:30 (Changed) Run length: 190 miles Run time: 3:30-4:00hrs including stops Other Information: Includes midway Optimax stop for the more modded cars requirements, pace will be kept fast and sensible.
