Solid is what I think Al AndyF's test of a flexi join on headers with a higher boast made my mind up. Cant say about the H&S one, but I would go solid if I was to replace the up-pipe. You getting new headers and an up-pipe?

Got the CV Boot and Chris Alan is going to give me prices on some pads and shocks, If anyone has any suggestions or ideas for where I can get them I would be greatful. Shocks seem to be harder to source :S

Speedways only have Apec pads for my year, anyone know what they are like? Chris Alan warned me about cheap ones
