For anyone who will have similar problem: sqeaking gone after replacing the brake pads

Hi guys. Wonder if you can help me. Recently I have noticed annoying squeaking sound coming from I think front right wheel. Today I managed to record it with my mobile and tweeked the recording a little bit to isolate that sound so don't ask why there is no engine noise. It happens during slow drive, not only when braking or turning. I have attached the recording so maybe you can tell me what to expect when I will take my car to a garage. Any help much appreciated! It might be silly question Is it really to often to wash my car every weekend? My girlfriends says it is so was wondering how often do you wash your cars? I really hope I will find someone who does the same so I can prove her I am not mad.
