I have a decatted magnex system on mine, the only silencer is the back box and its pretty loud or at least so ive been told lol.

Scoob all year, i go to work at 4am well before the ploughs are out no point having awd if your going to park it when it gets a bit chilly.

Tyres are like petrol, its a neccessity and petrochemical industries know this therefore they can charge as much as they like for there products. You would think due to the tens of thousands they sell each year that the price would be reasonable but we'r not that lucky, i grudge spending anymore than £100 per corner, i find kumho's are a not bad all rounder for there cost, hancooks aswell. Dont rate falkens, had a few scarey moments on them.

Mine is the exact same, no access to members areas.

What about doing meets at places like hypertec, sw motorsport, whitline etc or RR days or chemical guys place at cambuslang for all those who like polishing things, make the multi region meets etc.

I agree about the meets, the meets are a big part of the club etc, the one i managed to get to this year was the glasgow/ lanarkshire afternoon one at hillington, i also understand you cant keep all of the people happy all of the time, i wouldnt mind if the meets varied from evenings to weekend days on occasion but thats purely down to my personel life dictating my spare time for these things. One of the main reasons i joined the club was the discounts which seem to have almost completly dried up to the point where there are only a couple, i appreciate these companies need to pay bills, so im nether here nor there with that. I find the forum can be helpful for advice but sometimes there are more lookers than posters espesh when asking for advice etc, there is always the stalwarts like badbaz the post and help out and without the likes of those im sure i would have made an arse of somethin somewhere down the line. In my initial post i wasent having a dig at the organisers/admin/owners of the club etc it was mearly an observation so please dont feel that i was having a pop or slatin our club.

Is it just me or does the forum seem to be dying on its arse, is it a sign of the times with modifiying, or are people getting away from the whole performance car thing.

To be fair the magazine was ok but it wasent great, a lot of samey samey stuff, could have been doing with a lot more how to's etc and maybe more actual drivers cars instead of " tuners" cars.

Yeah your lucky its just a lambda sensor from that dealer, one of the other members on here, cossie i think it was had far more wrong than that and was basically told to f**k off by them.

I lnow BP put a lot of additives in there fuel, odour and dye stuff, we use there derv for our wagons at work, im led to believe there petrol is the same.
