Gaz: It was originally Scoobs but if there are places available from the list and reserve list he can come with his Evo, if he would like to turn up anyway then we can see about fitting him in on the day Hope that helps. Somerset, hopefully you will get it sorted by then and be able to chill with us, even if you do not have the Scoob just come along and say hello.
  2. Is Swindon in the SW? I thought it was in the North, lol. Incidently SOUTH WEST SCOOBIES reappeared but seems to have disappeared very recently ?!?!?! and so has SW Scoobies as you know and Southern Subaru and a myriad others. All formed by those disafected by whatever club they were in before. It does not mean that we cannot all work together. I personally attend meets with at least 4 or maybe 5 clubs. I am proud to be an RO here but also like my very local club. We all benefit from meetings together as this gets new members and a better unerstanding of each other and our cars. Firm friendships are made. Lets try to keep it friendly here folks and let it all be. Right back to the original meaning of the thread eh?

  20. Haynes Motor Museum on Sunday 23rd September. All welcome. Looking for all areas to participate - Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset and Hampshire. Haynes has a large carpark and has been undergoing an extension. There are some stunning cars in there and some nice bikes too. Well worth a visit. 1. SpecT and Torpedomad 2. Bungy 3. Jimmer 4.   21. You are correct Don - so you see the modern Cornish Pasty is not authentic, but the Devon Pasty is!!
