Well fellas got off work at 4:30 so popped up to corkills, doh mean the grandstand. Meet Steve Simpson from Teg sport, nice chap got talking re gems and he said go get your gems and I'll fit it! Sweeeeeeeeeet Dont need to tell me twice, so got me gems only to find the chip in it needs updating and a bit of work on the board to get the air con working as its a rally version which dont have. Also found out I dont need me 3 bar map sensor as the car as standard can make 1.8bar boost , bye bye pistons I think, mind I have hit 1.5bar already.

Fitted the rear ARB tonight. The components, rear caster bolts, front drop links, ALK & rear drop links. ARB 1 The old fix rear ARB 20mm. ARB 2 ARB 3 The essential tool, breaker bar. ARB 4 Existing drop link bolts removed. ARB 5 Old ARB removed, and the drop link bushes were goosed! ARB 6 Old & New. ARB 7 New ARB in place. ARB 8 Now for the next step you will need a rubber glove and 2 fingers, then apply lubrication........! ARB 9 ..and lube the drop link. ARB 10 Drop link in place and lower bolt inserted. ARB 11 Repeat on other side. ARB 12 Then tighten up when all in position. ARB 13 All installed. ARB 14 ARB 15 Car feels more solid and an annoying knocking that had developed over the last month has gone.
