Andy F told me not to!
It will only take 5 minutes to fit once your there. You could even mount the
3 port in position and not connected and have the 2 port still plumbed in but not mounted on the bracket
that would be a better idea...
-
pretty sure you can m8......
-
check all the electrical connections mate.
-

where abouts are ya mate?? if your local to me (hamilton) then i could always pop over and take a look for ya
-
if you don't mind coming to glasgow i'll pop it in for ya
-
also one place i wouldn't touch is the one in rutherglen... me mate took his e36 m3 too them to have it tinted and guy told him to come back in an hr and it would be done.... 2hrs later still hadn't been touched....
not good customer service..
-
Just a bit offtopic, but what is the legality behind tinted windows anyone? Is it none on the front drivers and passengers but the rear passengers and back window are ok? Or is at police and MOT discretion or what?
front doors must let 75% of light through but its a grey area as most cars come with tinted glass and most are bang on the line.....
even light smoke tint is too dark,it just depends on whether its deputy dick or petrolhead rick that pulls ya over..
-
Is that the ones in the Business park off the expressway ? I now have a number for someone in there that Parks sometimes use.
sure is same side as graveyard,in the industrial estate across from the taxi office
guys good, does guarantee as far as if you get a window broke then get a new one fitted and he'll tint it again for free.
-
Hamilton autotints are pretty good, they do a lifetime guarantee as well
-
congrats mate...
-
think the spoilers they have advertised are for classic.... mid level ones..

4 owners is not alot people don`t tend to keep them long due to running costs as in fuel.
no you won`t have much comeback from a private sale but if you go with your eyes open and take someone with you and really test drive the car you should be fine
blob sti`s will go well and hard for years if looked after well service history a must,
you will meet the owner and so get an idea of how they treated the car how enthusiastic they are about it and the like.
id rather buy private than from the dealers i like meeting the owners.
i would rather buy private than through dealers... with private you can get a better idea of how the cars been driven/cared for by just asking the owner some well chosen questions, with a dealer for all you know the car has the living **** kicked out of it and been patched up to get rid..
hope you get it sorted out mate....

acetone aint too dear works out at £32 odds + vat for a 5 gallon drum which would more than enough......
And at the same time you're guaranteed consistent results with it, as well as obviously being able to reuse it.
-
get yaself a plastic 25gallon drum, cut it in half and fill it with acetone, stick ya block halfs in one by one and leave to soak in it for bout 24hrs.... job done... anything it doesn't shift will come of with a scrub wi some acetone and some wire wool.... simples.
-
just athought mate but if the car isnt smoking on over run then it might not be the turbo.
thats a good point...
-
where abouts you from mate?? reason i ask is that fasteq engineering in cambuslang will rebuild your turbo for £40-£50 if you supply them with the turbo and the rebuild kit (which you can get on fleabay).

-
yeah but yer paying less than half what you would pay here, postage aint to slow either..
-
£23 odds from rock auto.com
-
good possibility as if it fails while driving then the ecu doesn't get a signal and thinks the engines been turned off/stalled.
-
iirc from the boost solenoid you have 2 wires pink and black... these go to the pink and red on the avcr....
boost solenoid pink > pink on avcr
boost solenoid black> red on avcr
don't quote me on it though,
-
tell him you saw the ad on gumtree and save yerself £500
