  7. Hi all I have just got back from silverstone I've been on a track day. I went on and did 4 laps. When I come off a let the car cool down I then turned it off for 5 mins. When I turned it back on there was loads of White smoke coming out the exhaust I thort it must be the turbo but after 5 mins it cleared up. I ended going back out to see if they was any difference but all was fine no lag or anything. I did 3 Laps come off let it cool down n turned it off! Every time I did this the same happened 5 mins of White smoke then ok. I have just drove it 2 hours home and it's been fine I left it off 30 min n started n there was no smoke so it must be when it's been driven hard. Does anyone know what this could be?
  8. Hi I have a 2005 STI and im going on Silverstone with it on Friday (can’t wait) I have bought some Motul RBF600 brake fluid it comes in a 500ml bottle so I bought two giving me 1000ml (1 liter) With this been racing brake fluid I will have to remove all of the old fluid but I don’t no if I will have enough after to fill it all back up. Does anyone know if I will have? Thanks for any reply
  9. My friend as just called me to say he bought a up graded fuel pump for his wr1. He as just tried fitting it and it turns out his car already as the one he bought on his standard. He called to see if I wanted to buy it from him. I am getting my car re mapped this week and he said it's worth putting it on with me getting it re mapped. Do you think it's worth buying with fitting for £80? I have an sti same as his but mine is not an wr1?

  12. Hi all I have a impreza sti mapped n running about 330 BHP and I went Santa pod for the weekend. I have been told to only use v power and nothing else what I have done for about 10 months. On the way home I needed some petrol and I only know where the tesco's was so I put some super unleaded in from there. I did not tell a difference on the motorway on the way home. But I've just been out in it and it's feels loads quicker I thought at first it was going to blow up lol but then I remembered I put that other petrol in. Does anyone else use it and is there much difference in v power or tesco's super unleaded? As my car feels a hell of a lot quicker Thanks lee
