  1. Morning,

Yes that'll be the engine management light, nice little yellow one that comes on with the ignition then it goes straight out.

You could download torque and buy yourself a cheap odbc adapter and read the code, that's the cheapest way, or anyone local that has one, I see you're in Oxfordshire, I'm in banbury and have one if you want it checked?

  3. Hi Chris,

I've been through the dispute process for something that wasn't as described, once you start the ball rolling, they give you around 21 days to sort it out between you, then if all is not satisfied they will then look at your case and if they agree, which they seem to agree with the buyer most times, they ask the seller to arrange a refund.

Once they have agreed, the funds are in your PayPal account immediately.

  4. I had mine mapped @ Scoobyworld, very good service, they also supplied up pipe, down pipe, rear vortex & centre section, fitted a 255 fuel pump myself.

Remap was done after all the above were fitted, took a while as they have it on the rolling road for a couple of hours, then they take it out on the road for an hour with laptop plugged in to make the final adjustments.

Seemed ok to me, and I get praise on how good the map is when ever it is serviced.

  5. Hi All,

Was thinking about organising another mini meet, this will be my 1st so all hands to the pumps please :smiley-taunt014:

See below for possible dates, the majority will win the casting vote:

23rd May or 24th (evening Lechlade (chips and friendly banter) or even a kick around if it's nice and we have a ball or two

13th June or 14th (evening Lechlade (chips and friendly banter) or even a kick around if it's nice and we have a ball or two

20th June or 21st (evening Lechlade (chips and friendly banter) or even a kick around if it's nice and we have a ball or two

Or if we really want to go for it, a nice drive around some country lanes and then back to another pub for a wee tipple and some grub

Will post up some ideas of what route we can take, heard there are some nice jaunts that we could make the most of, see some ideas of dates below, these are on Sundays, not sure if that's a family day, so these can change should we need to.

    19th or 26th May

    16th or 23rd June

Routes will be posted up soon

  6. Hi all, I'll be creating a new thread tomorrow for the next meet.

Sorry for the delay, I'll post up a few dates, that'll make it easier to have as many possible join.

Is anyone up for a weekend, so we can have a bit of a drive, then to a pub for some munchies, or just an evening meet like we've done before?

    Or other ideas always welcome.

  8. You should have joined Matty and come up for The Highland Fling next week? 32 cars at last count.

A bumper weekend of the best roads & scenery in Britain, and a great kickstart to the season ;).

I wish I could, had to move work commitments around so that I could go to Japfest in May, unfortunately I have to now cover on-call the week that the fling is on, it sounds an amazing few days... everyone talks about it for months after, and the photo's are to die for..

  9. Well done Bakerzone.

All the best for your new RO stewardship.

Let's hope the South East goes from strength to strength ;).

Thanks very much, looking forward to the new role, bring on the nice weather and lots of meets... not forgetting the National Events

    Rich :headbang:

  10. Hi All,

I am glad to say that I am a newly appointed RO for the South East, I've been a member of SIDC for 3 years and attended every event that has been within a few hundred miles, my most favourite event was the Jake James Linky Newquay invasion, I was honoured to have Jakes dad come with me in the convoy around Newquay followed by 28 other Subaru's from all over the country.

I hope that everyone will join me when I set up my first of many meets, and look forward to seeing you all on the 11th May @ Japfest.

    See you all soon

    Rich
