  6. Hi, want to get some touch up paint to sort out a few chips etc..... pretty sure my code is 230 feather white as car an RA. Had a good look on web but can't find any paint. Anyone got suggestion of were i could get some? Not sure if Big D might know as might be same colour? heard halfords mix stuff up but bad reviews. cheers
  7. Nice car pocket rocket Dave is top bloke, depends on your definition off one off i suppose. Looks to me that it's a tidy impreza with decal kit. The car i have has detailed history + full zero sports extra's, even if it wasn't a zero sports demo car it would still be a one off as not seen anything similar in all my time looking. Hope you are enjoying your car mate looks pretty sweet
  8. Thought washing up liquid was a big NO NO, well on bodywork anyway

  14. Quite a few new shapes going cheap at the moment, definitely get a bargain. Was looking at a few myself but for me always wanted a classic, type r ra etc..... most type r's v3 v4 in top condition seem to be going for 5k -7k when i was looking. i think the 7k ones were over priced personally.
  15. You should easily get over 5k me thinks great car and you have kept it spotless. I am not finding fuel consumption too bad to be honest as long as right foot is not flat out all the time. Obviously depends on your commute though ie distance, for me i am trying to keep miles down on car, lift sharing etc...... really makes a difference. Are we talking pulsar?
  16. Cheers guys, will keep it standard pressure for moment
  17. Tesco 99ron is good also, just no stations round here except Oxford
  18. Hi, 97 v3 RA for fast road driving any recommendations for tyre pressures? cheers
  19. Sounds good definitely a top bunch at Cotswold Subaru, just wish Witney had a shell petrol station bring on the 99 ron Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
  20. Hi, had a good chat with Cotswold Subaru great bunch and very helpful. Common issue with split diff + some sti's etc.... nothing to worry about and an issue that gets asked all the time + nothcy gear boxes. Will keep an eye on it but hopefully seems like a common dccd thing
  21. Just found this on a forum, looks promising cranking and wierd noise while turning Hi guys, I'm new in subaru and I need some help here, I am getting some cranking noise from the DCCD in auto mode while turning.Does that means that central diff is going down and need to be replaced. The car has 55mil but have no idea what has been done on this car becouse I bought it two month ago. Thanks I have the axact same symptoms with my sti... been to the dealer a couple of times about this and they say its normal... sure as hell dont feel it, but they say all the sti's with dccd does it and they have not yet had one with any complications. Even though mine was on auto, people say it can happen in all modes. will keep an eye on it and try a drive with lock on me thinks
  22. Drive home was Ok yesterday no knocks etc..... have an idea it might just be slow right 90 degrees turns? Chris ordered gasket so hopefully get over yours this weekend but if not def next week if OK + you are around .
  23. Looks good, simple but effective me thinks
  24. Only happened twice, once on way back from picking car up turning right from being stationary at lights, then this morning similar thing. Not sure if noises are normal etc...... ordering gasket today chris so will give you a shout when in
  25. Not touched diff and it is rolled to back. Get a 0 on dash pretty sure this is off. Don't get any clunking in reverse either.
