  2. Just a quick update, had a range of quotes from several garages and i think i will use API for car as heard good things on forums, subaru specialist + good prices etc......
  3. Thanks, will check them out. got a quote from subaru4you does this sound average? Major service £450 Major with cambelt £599 + tensioner extra if needed. will check with crossroads to compare prices.
  4. is that the Cross Roads Tredington Shipston-on-Stour? thought main dealers would be pricey though? have contacted steve at northants subaru as out that way sometimes heard good things.
  5. Thanks, glad to be back is old mill experienced for impreza's? would want advice etc keep car running sweet. could go to specialist ie northants subaru, scooby 4 you, api etc..... has always had good reviews.

  7. Hi, finally back in an impreza after some years now and its great. Running a nice jdm 97 model. Hopefully get to some meets and enjoy ownership. Going to take her for a service/oil change + check over soon, heard of old mill motors witney any food for jdm impreza? want to keep costs down but with it being an import would cotswold subaru be best? cheers

  12. Can't make it this time managed to write my car off. Really gutted as spent a long time looking for the car and got a real nice one in the end. I am fine bit bruised and battered but will live to fight another day. Anyway have a good meet and will hopefully return when things get sorted out. all the best

  16. There is a crack to left side + minor cracks/holes that are letting air in etc......Basically fine until high speed then really bends in middle probably needs another skin or some resin fix etc... Will buzz over on saturday chris and can take a look see. cheers bro
  17. Hi, Spoiler has been getting worse and needs repairing asap it's carbon fibre or fibreglass not 100% sure but zero sports so thinking carbon. Anyway can anyone recommend a place local to witney (oxfordshire) to get it fixed. Seen a few DIY kits but rather get it sorted properly as a lot of force it takes. Cheers guys

Anyway these seem to be mentioned quite a bit Castrol Edge Sport 10W-60 4L £37 Silkolene Pro S 10w/50 5l £48 MILLERS CFS 10w 40 OIL 5l £49 Big D, what do you use? or recommend for me Good luck with abingdon show this sunday, if free and weather nice will pop down for a look see .   25. Daily commute is 28mile round trip, do you think Silkolene Pro S 10w/50 would suit? seems like most people recommend it. cheers
