  5. Dont worrk about that i will be polishing and re sealing the alloys while they are off They are very dirty just now not been washed for over a week

Just had a big very heavy box delivered, after only ordering yesterday excellent service Went for there deal as advertised on "that" other site Groved disks and kevlar fast road pads for all corners Hopefully these should improve the braking a bit, already put Hel braided hoses on Just off to give the centres a coat of black paint to keep them looking good and hopefully have all fitted tomorrow if its decent weather Cheers Chris

  9. It will take the 4.5L then Mind and pre fill the filter, let it settle and continue to top up every minute or two until it is full and wont take anymore
  10. Depends on what box you have For new age its 3.5L for 5 speed manual 4.1L for 6 speed manual
  11. Yeah that rite mate, the wrx stayed 100PCD till MY07 and the STI changed in MY05 Didn't want to confuse the situation here though

  13. Thats the MY05 spec So is as described above by Ace You know strainght away by the alloys they are 114Pcd and do not fit pre MY05 spec cars as they are 100Pcd
  14. I use a lot of maguiars stuff and its really good Not tryed the window cleaner though
  15. Is the top one an 05 onwards and the bottom is pre 05, sure thats when they changed it, the ones in the bottom pic rust like hell i had to rub mine down and paint it All the info you need should be on the the pannels next to the top of the struts

  18. Yeah just put the oil in there its not the easyest thing to do get a funnel the a long bendy neck, it makes life easyer Id also double check the dip stick in there first, its not like engine oil that gets dirty it will still look like new clear oil
  19. I never scrape my windows I just use a jug of warm tap water and pour it over if its snow then i remove that first with a rubber drying blade

Some very fine scratches can be polished out or at least reduced but it is very difficult and expensive making it not worth while I have scratches on my drivers side window that were there when i got the car, I have tryed to remove them with very little success using a rotary polisher and jewlers rouge. And last week there was a van with glass polishing advertised on it at my work they were checking the lorrys for chipped windscreens, so i asked the guy about it and he said the only way is using special paste stuff they import from usa to polish the glass and bring it right up in temperature until it almost turns to liquid again. but the company charge so much for it that its not worth while on any car glass only for like bus windscreens that cost in excess of 3K to replace
