I'm running on Halfords 5w40 or maybe 50 Fully Synth this time around without issue Normally use Opie & use Silkolene Pro S but Halfords had its own brand on offer at the time. Agree on the Mobil 1 0w stuff being too thin, mine leaks a bit from the main oil seal if I use it

Does the plate on the bonnet get seen by the forward facing speed piggybanks ( Sorry I meant road safety camera's place at accident blackspots not ) I'm guessing not hence the plate having to be vertical. Not that I condone speeding anywhere apart from on private test tracks

When I changed my rear disks & Pads I didn't really have to touch the handbrake, just jacked up the car removed the wheel, Calliper & pad carrier. Released the handbrake & then popped off the disk by winding in a couple M6 (I think) bolts into the holes in the disk bell & off it popped. Some people did mention that I may have to back off the adjuster (On the back of the hub) in order to remove the disk, but mine came off without issue. Swapped all my pads out today, would have taken me about 1/2 hour if it wasn't for a seized slider bolt on a rear brake.

Been thinking on this one 1) More Charity Events like we're doing Beer for the boys & Airshow, we can get some free publicity for the club/SIDC in general, show that not all scoobs are in the hands of Chav's & get us mentioned in the press as well as rasing a bit of cash for a good cause. 2) Another Photo Shoot, last one was a great turnout although I couldn't make it 3) Bar-Be-Que type event at country park etc..., I know Lepe Park Nr Calshot (Hants) have a big Barbie area you can hire for an event, must be somthing in Oxon along the same lines Andy
