My dads the policy holder, with myself and my mum as named, but i do more driving of the car than my parents (dads driven it twice, mum hasnt got round to it yet, they're both in their 50s!), so im down as the main driver or something like that! I dont know how it works, Dad sorted it out, i just pay it and drive the car, i leave the complicated bits to the parents!

As the title really! Just bought some RB5 wheels (pics in the general discussion area) and ones got a slight flat in the rim....meaning probably an mot failure, and was wondering if anyone knew anywhere where i could get it done? Cheers guys

Just picked these up today from Chris Palmer Autos in Bristol and put them on the car, got a bit of a bargain on them from fleabay and i needed new tyres so got these instead! Before: After: What dyou think?? Also, one of the alloys has a slight flat spot in the rim, tyre still sits ok but id still like to get the flat out, is there any way i can do it myself or is there someone in the south west england/wales area that can get the flat out for me?? I'm missing a centre cap too, so got to order another from the main dealers. Oh, and the car could do with a wash (even though its only been about 20miles since the last one!) thats what living in a forest does! Cheers guys

Yep, i spent a month in france (Gramat, in the Lot), and saw one really nice hawkeye with french plates who lived pretty close to where we were, and always flashed and waved, but that was it though! Not even on the ferry back! Its quite fun in a wagon though, it seemed even more of a rarity! It was quite normal to park up in town and come back to a small gathering of people around the car! And as for the overtaking....yeh they do seem to be totally mental about overtaking you, around blind bends and summits in 70kph (43mph) limits!

I wave at all the scoobys i see about.......but not many wave back! normally give a flash and a wave but 70ish% of the time its greeted by someone looking confused! but its a great feeling when you get a wave back Got a wave from a french 08 in france.....that made me feel special

Normal wont cause probs (i dont think). Iv used normal petrol once in my car, i was going to run out otherwise! But normally its Vpower which i think is 99ron. Tesco do a 99ron premium aswell which might be good. something above 97ron i reckon.

Wondering which parameters are picked up by these from an Impreza ECU... My cars a MY00 Classic...but any response would be cool! I dont want to spend out when not that much will be picked up! Cheers

Just wondering if anyones got one of the Greddy Intelligent informeters and what they're like as the Greddy website doesnt give a too great description! Do they just plug into the OBD2 port under the steering column...?? if so, does it power itself through the OBD2 port? and will they show error codes??! Cheers

Its my first scoob so im not sure....but after starting, if you give the car 5 mins, the temp guage is in the normal running temp range....which is wierd cos with all the other cars i've had, it takes a fair bit of driving before it gets warm.... might be totally normal, but want to check as im driving down to Toulouse in a couple of weeks time, and dont want the car to overheat or anything. Its been fine pottering about but the furthest its been since i've had it is up to work (about 5 miles) and hasnt been given any beans yet.... Cheers

what about the laws on getting a small number plate for the front of my MY00 classic, to fit on the small number plate region on the bumper?
