  6. It already is famous, its in the spotted section every two weeks

  8. Good luck finding a good Spec C or Litchfield mate, I was looking for months and gave up in the end. The Pound had just crashed against the Yen though so things might be better now

  12. Thats a real shame mate, What is wrong with some people? I was lucky enough(?) to see someone running a fork along my 205gti. When I was young and invincible I might add
  13. +1 Was thinking that myself
  14. Sorry! Honest, it seems every second person I talk too says line that like they just made it up themselves. Then does this noise like "Guffaw hu hu" I like that Type R it looks the business and it'll go like f--k. But drive an Elise before u make you mind up
  15. Think the guy is looking for advice not catchy sayings. How this one-Lots Of Trouble Usually Subarusandevos Been going to track days/crail for many years and could count on one hand the Elises/Exiges ive seen towed home. Evos and Scoobies, great cars I will not argue, but you get a handfull dragged in by the tow truck every single trackday.
  16. Another shout for an Elise here mate, Ive recently moved from a Impreza type-r to an Exige. The car is so much fun Ive done more miles in two months than I did in nearly 2 years in the Subaru. I miss the power sometimes and the burble, comfort wise the Lotus is closer to a track car. But it gets 36mpg and corners like you cant believe
  17. My hair is looking silky smooth these days
  18. Vodka or Water you decide? How do you set up a poll?
  19. I cant miss the fastest Evo in the SIDC, LOL.
  20. Me too, had a mint 1975 mini, with 19k that my granny had owned since new. It had never been above 30mph till I got it, then it lasted about a year
  21. I asked him after chasing it for a few laps and seeing him disappear up the straight everytime. He told my it was standard. Mmmmm?
  22. Firstly great day out all, thanks John and Autoecosse. Its a a bit unfair of people to criticize the SIDC prices when the afternoon session was obviously a promotional event. Solution? What about having SIDC days midweek? Im sure people would take a holiday/sicky for a full day on track. I recently went to a Lotus On Track day at Knockhill, from 9-5 on a Friday and it cost £140 each.
  23. A pleasure mate, anytime. I planned to drive slowly my first time and was overtaking folk after a couple of laps, you just cant help it Some crazy driving in the afternoon. The highlight today was overtaking a 911 turbo twice in one session. Thought you were maybe driving it! Roll on September Mikey
  24. Have a safe trip mate, when you back? Ill organize the track day calender this time.
  25. Im working till one, but will be up for the afternoon if Im allowed out to play
