Im new to the world of all thing's Subaru been a Ford man all my life - still am right enough lol

I own a 1979 mk2 Escort RS2000 custom.

Im thinking hopefully in the near future of having a Scooby as my everyday car

So hope you's dont mind me popping in and finding out more about your cars

Same for me paul i might bring the wagon if its not sold, but it depends on the date.

Speak to to john on here i think he post as welsho he has graphics on his halkweye so he should be able to point you in the right direction.

I remember the first time i saw jc's car at crail with the co2 or what ever it was blasting onto the front mount just before he was about to make his run.

if it connects to the pillar between the doors then it wont fit,

as jodie said the doors are different so the bracket shall be in the wrong place for the pillar due to the type r doors being longer than the 4 door

If you have a look at the wagon thread on scoobynet there are a few on the show us your wagon thread. I am sure it involves removing all the internal roof lining to get at the fixings then having the holes in the roof filled and painted once removed then refitting the roof lining.

im sure i read the same kinda thing on Snet . it wont fit as the typeR has longer doors somthing like that cant say for sure so i wont say yes or no...

I already have a second person that wants it but it if that falls through you are next on the list.

I have a roll cage and harnesses in the my version 2 sti but because i have kids and a nagging misses they will be being removed. I have somebody who wants them but my question is ?

The roll cage is in a version 2 sti four door ( i believe the cage is a cusco ) its the bolt in type that doesnt go through the dash. Its connected to the pillar between the doors and has plates on it that would be bolted/welded to the six points along the floor/ rear arch.

Now the guy who wants it has a 2 door type r so will it fit or are the door pillars different?

ahhh gutted for ya stevie as you said just sprayed.

keep a hold off the letter she put through ya letterbox and let you insurence know. surely offering you £300 not to go through insurance then puting a clame in saying its your fault is fraud. might even be worth speeking to the police and let them know whats she trying.

Agree with jodie tell her you are getting the police involved and that you have a witness that will say she had nobody in the car with her, what she is trying to do is fraud.

Good day, thanks to Welsho for the pax laps car is running great just need better brakes to get the lap times down.

Spec C was very nice and road tax only £69.

Picked up my new car today from, Gus . So i thought it was time for a new user name ( previously known as sheep ). Not had much of a chance to drive it yet and its going

into hypertech tomorrow for a couple of tweeks and a run on the new rollers. So hopefully i should get it out for a good run next week when i am off work.

At the moment i am the owner of two scoobies

Although the wagon is for sale in the sales section under my last user name sheep.
