  1. This may well have been me driving around sunny ol Tidworth. DBM Classic last 3 of my plate MOF.
  2. Plasmas are better for sport but generally LCD's are the shizzle for everything.
  3. Here is 1 of 4 Cocker spaniels we have....He looks nice but what a Royal pain, bless him.
  4. Only the top 3 i reckon i could do top 30.... Anyway here goes. 1 - Everything that has previously been written 2 - People who won't let you out of a junction because you are in a Scooby, i mean i wouldn't want to hold your journey up by a micro-second! I get let out instantly when i'm in the Metro taking the dogs to the Moors?? 3 - Mentalists who flash me - in the dark hours - because i have overtaken them on a backroad. I know the road and i know i can get round these "bends" before the bend and quicker than you. By flashing me some numpty blinded me and i nearly spanked my Scoob into a tree on the A35 because it was multiple flashes. Whoooo saaaaahhhhhh. Now i can get on with my other blind rage for the day, cheers for listening.
  5. £200 best quote so far for bonnet and bumper repair...Doesnt seem too bad?
  6. Nah the indicators are all fine it was just the grill, bumper and bonnet which took all the damage. Cheers anyway.
  7. Funny thing is that it would have been worse (safety wise) if it had only hit the windscreen with all the glass etc but it would have been a lot cheaper with only having to pay my £50 windscreen excess LOL!!!! Damn it what a choice potential blindness and /or head injury but a a £50 repair or the damage shown and a slightly inflated repair bill...WHAT YOU GONNA DO!
  8. Yeah im hoping not, good excuse to buy more stuff for her though lol.
  9. I saw a piece of metal about half a foot long and 3 inches wide flip up from under the bottom of a Passat i ws behind. It hit my front bumper and grill and then flew at my windscreen (i ducked out of the way at this point lol!!), somehow it went over my windscreen and didnt touch anyother part of my car. Needless to say i poo'd myself and then got to admire the damage. Any one know a good body shop around Plymouth????
  10. I accepted that my plates were illegal my problem was that they couldnt have seen my plates all 3 times i was pulled in 1 week (i was waiting to get my old plates back). They followed me and then pulled me for my plates because there wasnt anything else. The ANPR copper told me you couldnt see my plates in the camera, however, when i was sat next to him in the car i could quite clearly read my plates! Oh well it was good for the 2 years i got away with it lol.
  11. In Plymouth they are zero tolerance...Its mostly because of bikes and their tiny plated that you cant really read! and they are really anti scooby, evo and skyline etc here
  12. Ha nae worries....They said i was breaking 8 different things but only gave me a general plate violation code!!!!
  13. It was attached when i posted?????
  14. Nice plates.....These are the plates that caused me to get pulled over 3 times in a week and a £30 fine around Plymouth....Good luck with yours buddy lol
  15. I know in the week i was back i got pulled 3 times...All 3 times they didnt see my plates until they started following me and even breathalyzed me once lol...Well my legal plates are back on so we'll see what they try to do me for now, to top it off my mum and uncle are both coppers in Plymouth and both agreed that my plates were fine (ok technically illegal lol)
  16. Just thought i'd try something a bit different....think i achieved it lol
  17. Dont know how this affects other people but the police in Plymouth have cracked down on "illegal" number plates, Zero tolerance. I got pulled but got a £30 fine. They say they are cracking down but the ANPR car that pulled me could never have INITIALLY seen my plates and the car behind me (a fiesta) had worse plates than me lol. The joys of having a Scooby...wouldnt change it tho, if any one did see my Scooby on the A38 with the police i assure you this time it wasnt speeding!!!
  18. I had no choice but to watch them as we only had 1 channel while i was away, i missed it the 1st time on corrie however i heard it straight away! How could you not recognise that noise.
  19. I always thought it was on the opposite side of the exhaust....However my theory was undone when i remembered cars with exhausts either side...Doh!!!!
