take the car to sw motorsprt and get steve to mot the car your mot tester just sounds like a tit to me on my last classic i had a full blitz nur spec r no cat and believe me that was mega loud and nothing was ever said about it being loud as for emmisions i have a standard center section with cat you can have for free if need be
