I have been looking at some subarus and the 2 that i realy like dont have the defi gauges in the center of the dash.What sort of price would i be looking at to get the three gauges ,pod and controler,Who could fit them also.I had a set in my old car but i dont no who fitted them but they looked great and the car was bought from this site, hopfully some will know.It was on a white sti 8 i bought from a guy called Dean.Thanks Sean

Just letting yous know if any one would be intrested in doing a deal for an evo8 mr 320, 2005, 8 months warranty and tax, 2 owners ,silver in colour,carbon spoilers etc, 26k and serviced this week at mitsi.I have only had the car 2 weeks but i miss my scooby, i have even tryed to buy it back but the guy doesnt want to sell it.There is no money etc owed on the car and there hasnt been any body damage,or wear the seats etc.I know people might think this sounds dodgy but (Peter knows me Fai 17) and he will tell you that im never happy.I just want another subaru no sheds please and must be mint all models from 1999 onwards type r,ra,sti.spe c,wr1 etc considerd.And before any one says it i now know i shoudnt have got rid of it .Thanks Sean

The guy offered me geat money for it mate, i didnt need to tax it, mot it, service it, put tyres on it etc, so realy i got a great 6 months and i made money on it as well. But i am looking at subarus again i miss the noise already!!

What sort of money is in a wr1 and are these better than an sti?

Iv had an evo (7) before but some one has offerd me good money for my car so that is the only reson im selling it so where do i go next.this evo has been offerd to me for good money so im thinkink about it but like i say not a deffo yet

Its got nothing to do with whos car is faster its just i fancy a change, as much as i love the subaru when your being offerd good money youd be stupid to say no!!.And its not an m3 for deffo like i say iv been offerd a good deal on an evo 8 mr. and a p1 has just been traded in to my work but looks a bit of a humper so subarus still have a chance if one comes up that is good

I had an evo 7 and it was a good car,I just get a bit fed up i think and im getting more money than what i paid for the car if that wasnt the case id keep it as its great fun and iv never past another white blob eye STI and thats why i got it coz its so diffrent

Just took a deposit on my impreza lastnight[:'(],spoke about selling it for a while but never put it up for sale as im not sure if i want to sell it but i allways want something else.Now someone has made me an offer and im going to take it. He left a deposit and is going to take it when the money has cleared, poss the end of the week ,So i have been looking at m3s has any one got any history on what they are like to drive im looking to buy at least a 51 plate or newer, or i have been offerd an evo 8 mr320/340 (can remember what one) at a good price. Any info would be great or any ideas of somthing good thats out there even another subaru if it was something special.

Check that the ajustment screw is not to tight, think its a 10mm. This happend with my old hks mate

Yes the poping and banging has been turnd off,but i wsh there was a switch for it to be turned off and on ,it still pops and bangs just as loud if you rev it up to about 2000rpm at a standstill and some nice flames as well,

Heres a couple of pics of my STi, with a few changes since I bought it. Last rolling road it pushed out 323.7 BHP and 278.1 ft.lb of torque since then car has had full 3" de-cat exhaust from turbo back, Green group A Panel filter, grade 7 plugs and second re-map by Andy forrest again. No power run as yet, but expecting good results.

Thanks for that mate.I know what some garages are like, im a mechanic for a garage with a lot of pain in the arse customers, but they drive half decent cars so they can afford to be fussy , i want to keep it full history because it looks good to see a service book stamped up to date from the dealer, some people think im of my head but thats the main thing i look for when im buying a car and its a good selling point as well.
