I have just been offered a euro spec hawkeye 2.5 sti type uk for a good price, are these ok as in not being a uk or jap car.Is the spec the same, seats, power, etc,

Went down to bolton today to see a spec c, but it was a bit of a humper, holes in the dash, rear suspension knocking, front suspension knocking, dents down the side of it, due a service and time belt, and a whine from the front poss a wheel bearing coulnt tell due to the guy driving like a rally driver.The search goes on

White.2003.page 40 on pistonheads.Leaving on sat morning,the guy has sent me loads of pictures so hopfully its as good as what he says.I know the mudflaps are shocking,Does anyone no where i can get a big set of black mudflaps bigger than the ones you get from scott lowe etc.Thanks

Thanks for all the info that yous have all given.I tryed to call Andy Forrest today to ask about some mods that he would recomend and also to ask is it worth changing the up pipe and poss get the down pipe heat rapped,I cant wait to get in to another impreza im on pistonheads 24/7!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What mods have you done Paul and what power do you have, does the car feel faster due to the gearing of a spec C .I looked at the guide on s/net and i see they ended up sticking with a panel fillter,have you done this or do you have an induction kit?.

Would you bother chaging the actuator?

I was thinking of a full de-cat exhaust inc snakehead downpipe,would i be better doing the up pipe as well and getting it heat wrapped,Mabey a CAI kit (Whats the best one). Does a spec c need a bigger fuel pump?, hks dump valve, A/F Re-MAP. Grade 7 plugs,I would like a front mount as well but if i was going that far would i be better changing the turbo?

So what would be the best mods that i could do for about 1500-2000grand and what power would i be looking at.The car is standerd apart from a re map for uk fuel.I dont no what kind of map was done but it was done by http://www.svaimports.com/ This is wear the car was bought from has anyone heard of them.

Does anyone know what power a 2003 spec c has as standerd.And do they come with the same type of gearbox that in an RA impreza?And are they a 6 speed box.Thanks Sean

Its on pistonheads, but it came from keighley trade center down south and people are putting me off it,it has stickers up the side saying spec c you cant miss it on pages 2or3.There is another one, 2003 thats £14000 and that means i have got money to spend straght away on it.What should i do, the 2006 one is also at the bottom of the contry. Hi all just to say iv sold my evo and im on the lookout for a jdm subaru 2003 onwards preferibly a spec c.I have found two on pistonheads but have been let down with one tonight due to the fact the car has never been SVAd and i have heard this very exspensive.I have found another one.2003 spec c,18k 2owners and was imported new and is the best colour as well(white).But if anyone know of any other ones out there let me know thanks Sean

It was a silver impreza, i think it was sti pretender. Wuz im sure you fitted the gauges in my old car and my old car had bhp development stickers on the sides.Does the price inc the pod and controler as well.how long would it take to have thes fitted.

Who fitted yours mate.Im sure i seen you down at Peters last week messing about with gauges on your dash
