  1. Thats brilliant mate. Might have to give them a try. Thought my £500+ premium was good - pretty much the same as yirsel. 27, 6 yrs ncd, security, etc, etc. What are they like with modifications ???
  2. No worries Rich, Jamis etc. I've emailed Andy and he's not in work until the 19th so I won't know anything until then. Keep the names coming tho' - it's looking good so far
  3. Andy, where did you go for your respray ?? Thats a pretty good price, my cars got the usual motorway stone chips over the front of the bonnet and would agree that a front respray always looks better than just one panel at any one time. Craig.
  4. Cheers lads, appreciate the interest. Think I'll drop Andy an email asking what would be the ideal amount of cars in one sitting for decent discount. I'll also see what his maximum is in order to save anyone any disappointment. Keep you all posted.
  5. You lucky lucky lucky git LOL LOL Well jealous.....ahem I mean happy for ya mate - love those wheels. Lookin' forward to some photies.
  6. LOL thats just me mate - forever the host Craig.
  7. Ach six and two threes really. Thought it might help people if they didn't want to treck further than necessary ?? Doesnae matter to me one way or another. Suppose if it happened at my house you'd have the added benefit of cups of tea and digestive biscuits on tap lol Craig.
  8. Thanks for the replies, no doubt there will be other interest, all the better for our pockets eh[]. Will keep the idea going for a week or so and I'll phone Andy with rough numbers then post up the discount that could be available. Craig.
  9. Was hoping to get me motor mapped at the end of Jan from Mr. F. Would anyone be interested in a group mapping in Dundee (or Edinburgh)?? Testing the water for possible nos., once I've established how many are up for it I'll post up the details. Put your name below and I'll keep you posted[] Craig.
  10. Geo, You've got a PM. Craig.
  11. Geo, Cheers mate, is it a direct replacement for the wrx i/c ? If you can post some photies that would be great ?? Craig
  12. This is the i/c I'm on about what are these things worth anyway ?? Really tempted with hopefully getting mapped after crimbo[8-)] http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...p;rd=1&rd=1
  13. Cheers Gus[]
  14. I assume its a newage STi and my motor's an '03. Think the guys including the 'y shaped' piece thats underneath it aswell - I take it that's what Gus is on about ?? Craig.
  15. Hi everyone, Seen an STI intercooler in fleabay today. Got the wee wheels turning[] Whats involved when exchanging the wrx i/c for an STI one ??? Apart from the obvious expense of the i/c I assume there is additional ancillaries that are required. Cheers. P.s. Is the Dundee meet still on for this monday ?? Craig.
  16. Alright Russ hows things mate? You showing a face at the next dundee meet if there is one? I know I know gonna hiv to get a cross to Andy's after crimbo. Got a slight prob with the readies, christmas looming an all that[] The meet was meant to be this monday coming but Karting was happening instead ?? Craig.
  17. Suppose they'll obviously know their stuff when it comes to both mitsi's and subaru's just never seen any reference to these guys. Andy F. always comes into conversation and as I said the price for their ecutek remap is pretty identical to Andy's - I know where I'd rather spend my money. It always good to see positive comments from people who have actually used a company and there is an abundance of this when it comes to Andy. P.s looking to get a remap with Andy at the start of Jan[]
  18. A friend recommended this company to me after hearing that I had a scoobie. Don't think the prices are earth shattering but just wondering if anyone's used / heard of them ? Thanks all[] Craig. http://www.dentistmapped.com/
  19. In terms of CAI options would one of those 'silvery' flexi pipes not do - like the ones that dare I say it Autosave sell ??? Craig.
  20. Jim, If they're anything like the scooby world ones (metal fixing bracket), then they're a doddle. People say not to take off the wheels but it is far easier. The only holes you should have to drill is a self taping screw per side to support the bracket on the far inside of each wheel arch. Without seeing the fixtures it's hard to say whats involved exactly. With mine you have to pop out some of the existing plastic screws and replace them with the fixtures that come with the flaps. Sorry cant be of any more help - if you've some photies then I could maybe point you in the right direction ??. Craig.
  21. Richard, I'm no mechanic but I'd assume they alter the tracking and camber mainly[8-)] Craig.
  22. Thanks Calum will do !! Craig.
  23. Hi all, Noticed a few posts re. these droplinks. Just so I know for future ref where does everyone get them from? Have been impressed with the write up these get and will prob go for a full set at some stage. Craig.
  24. Cheers Gus, just sent him a PM there. Hopefully here back soon, thanks again for the help mate[] Craig.
  25. Gus, Thanks mate, still a bit wet behind the lugs when it comes to negotiating through the site. Can't seem to find a link to PM Brian. Thanks alot. Craig.
