Well said mate. As i hae said b4 and you have just said it's hard to tell if it is actually bragging or just letting people know when you read it on a computer screen. One of the reasons i bought a subaru was because i don't like evo's so lets get back to bragging about beating them and slagging them off.

FMC are defo the better place to work at the moment, we are slowly getting the % of tree orders coming our way tho so maybe get a payrise and not need to work offshore.

Whats the money like offshore? I currently work for vetco in the new montrose plant machining all the tree's etc for offshore. I work 2 days 2 nights then off for 4 days and get well paid for it but if money is better offshore then i may consider it.

Don't care who has the fastest car. It has always been a dream of mine to have a subaru and i now own one. Not interested in making it any faster than it already is ( costs too much money). Even with my escort i could have put more power into it but never. What do people gain by bragging about having the fastest car? Who cares?

No offence to anyone with classic impreza's. I have got a good job now so thought i would treat myself to a new car. Alison is fine about me spending money on my cars as she spends alot of time and money on her horse. We both have a good understanding about our hobbie's.

I can now say that i'm part of the subaru family after picking up MY04 sti type uk. It's just amazing to drive and look at. Looked at a few classics but thought if i was going to do it then do it right by getting a newer one. Just arrived back about an hour ago after picking it up at sunnyhill motors in turrif so will get pictures posted up once i have given it a good wash and polish. Looking forward to getting to knockill etc ( and the ring if it gets organised) to show it off. Iain.

Alison got me a gold voucher a couple of years back. Chose to do the rally experience. Great day, best part was when the instructor jamp in the driving seat and showed me how it was done.

Not really after huge power for my first subaru anything that is quicker than my rs will do me. Prefer good looks to speed at moment anyway. Will get an sti one day tho.

Just want to say it was nice to meet you all at crail today, sorry but i forgot most of your names. Seeing the times some of you were putting in makes me want one even more now and my times of high 16's just aint good enough. Forgot to turn up the boost before leaving, was running 10psi but can easily handle 15-16 all day plus extra weight in the car did not help (alison is not impressed at that comment). Going thru to edinburgh tomorrow night to look at a uk300 its on auto-trader site if you guys want to have a look. Only has part service history mate. If your going for that kind of spec and spending that money try to find one with full service history.
