Just a thought, but if you had all the money in the world............. What scooby would you choose?
-
Ahhhhh pay deals..........don't you just love them. Fantastic Negotiations.......... Best part of my job is pay deals, exciting stuff. Three year deal, hmmmm it's a bit of a pain but hey local authorities have some fantastic T&C's Anyway thought you were giving things a break for a social life.........what's all this about work? Just remember, Work life balance is the new 'buzz' word.

The day finally arrived......Got the forester this afternoon. It is fantastic, better than I imagined. What a car! Huge thanks to Russel, what a salesman, even got us some scooby goodies. Hollie just love's her scooby teddy! Your an absolute star Russ As you can imagine we are having a 'wee' family day oot tomorrow, to enjoy the new scooby addition to the family! Can't wait.

LOL! With a vengeance! don't you just love CBEEBIES!

Loved the test drive, even although I was hiding behind the front seat, with my eyes closed! Gus 'AKA Mikey Corleoni' Love it ! The forester defo has had the 'godfather' treatment.

Ladies, and Gentlemen Moved to Tayside, and now both got Scoobs.........(Alan-G and myself) Have kinda noticed that up here, there aint much 'waving, and light flashing' between Scoobs when you see one on the road! What's the story?
-
After what you did with the Forester can't wait to see the legacy! Nothing better for a Subaru than a bit of 'gus the bus treatment' Can't wait till Friday, what an end to a week at work, picking up a Subaru that's had the 'gus treatment'! and getting the key's from a car salesman with a difference Fantastic.

LO! Well thankfully just the one.......... As I am 'vertically challenged' just need to move the seat as foward as it goes..........shame that aint electric, or the driver seat would be one step closer to being one of those 'lazez boy' chairs that you just have to have!

Not having much 'child free' time on our hands, when my parents offered to babysit Hollie for a few hours today, when they were visiting, well Alan and I jumped at the chance to jump into the impreza and zoom down to see Russ again. As I didn't get a chance to even sit in the forester yesterday we were both really keen for a test drive, and see what exactly the forester was like. Climbing into the forester with the lowered suspension was fantastic, and Imy you are sooooo right the heated seats are worth their weight in gold. Superb. Alan asked the major questions being what did Gus do to it? What's the horse power? me, well how does the CD player work? rather important to have some good tunes playing Russ pointed out the other good features such as the 'sunglasses' holder, lipgloss mirror etc etc and the heated windscreen is fantastic! wey hey subaru. After fueling up, the drivers seat was mine................and it was fantastic. Great driving about, feels just like Alan's scoob until you turn round to have a quick glance in the back and you realise it's a Golf course in the back ! Then, on with the testdrive, and off to Russ's fav road.................not one for driving 'full throttle' but I did my best and it was amazing........ HOWEVER Russ hastily took over after Alan's desperate plea to find out what the car could do..............and "OH MY GAWD" It's an animal! It's absolutely unbelievable what a car!

I AM NOW A SCOOBY OWNER!! I can't believe it! Wanted a forester for ages and ages and ages. Never being able to source an XTen never mind one that's in budget! It's absolutely amazing! Still can't believe Alan and I walk into the subaru garage in Perth, to find out Gus 'the' bus forester, will be on it's way the next day! Waw! The scooby is fantastic, not driven it as yet, as we had Hollie with us and well errr...........she's a typical two year old and reeked noisy havoc today for a few hours at Perth Subaru dealership. Poor Russell! I'm sure he breathed a sigh of relief when we left the showroom, and it was once again it's usual place of scooby worship. What a salesman is Russell (AKA MAKO) Fantastic. None of your greecian, 14 tan stands and pre greased hand shakes......Just a fantastic completely down to earth subaru driver that happens to have the one of the best jobs, get's to work with Subaru, and get's to drive them all day everyday! I would completely recommend if anyone is looking to buy a scooby then Russell's your man And Gus.............. Your forester is in good hands!

It was a turnout that was astonishing. Makes you proud to be a scoobie owner! Alan and I were very proud to be a part of today, and see so many friends from the SIDC site whom we hadn't seen in such a long time. Very many thanks to Imy who provided the black ribbon for our car, it was much appreciated, and a huge thanks to everyone who was involved in organising the convoy it will be a day we will never forget. We have never seen so many scoobie's, it really was amazing, and the feeling of camaraderie was unforgettable and brought a tear to our eyes. To see members of the public come out their homes to wave at us all was unforgettable, and cars pull over and take video of the convoy was so special. Huge thanks to Grant for saying the words he did today before the convoy, did us all proud, and made a very memorable speach about Colin McRae. A day that will never be forgotten. I have no doubt that his Colin and Johnny's family would have appreciated our mark of respect to them both, and to Ben and Graham. Alan, Jen + Hollie

Gus the Bus might have known that you would have picked up on the number of posts! [:$] mind and gutter springs to mind.......[] and all this talk of 'whips'........not advisable when the avatar has the 'pitchfork' [H] Perhaps thinking about it.......does a man come between a women and her scoobie? Hmmmmmm I wonder...........lot of competition there chaps...........[H] [6]
-
Sounds like a good women, all the right numbers, got the right amount of money spent on her...........and she has all the good components for the job []

Just noticed my husband's new avatar.............the 'rear end' of .............wait for it.................his Scoobie! [:@] My goodness, times change! and a girl has a lot more competition these days! LOL! With all this talk of 'added extras' and spending some hard earned cash on the beloved (scoobie) where does a 'good lady' feature between a man and his scoobie! [6] Jen
-
TUT! Getting in trouble for non-scoobie talk...................not good to argue with a lady! [H] Great to briefly see you Marky! thought it was strange that Alan was being 'flashed' by a Van driver in a wooly hat pointing at his regie! LOL! Absolutely superb. Jen
-
Alan-G and myself will be there looking forward to seeing you all! Spectating though too much of a 'feartie' to take part even as a passenger! Here's hoping it's a bit warmer than the other track day's, it can be absolutely baltic there! Jen

Not a very good day with the bump to Alan's scoobie. Can't believe the 'bint' actually said 'there aint any damage, don't know what your complaining about' and wait for it.........'you sure I hit you' WTH! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr the description of the idiot is just about right. Who on earth gives these folk their licences? One thing I forgot to get was her address, although got all the other details being registration, insurance company and land line and of course the all important mobile number! Always nervous of this kind of thing, as a few years back suffered a lot of back injuries after an someone ran into the back of me, forcing me onto the 'raith interchange' roundabout........yup, the person gave me false details and bu**ered off. Had a few horrendous years of back problems and still can't believe the girl got away with it. Jen
