Finally managed to get pics loaded up so here goes. Keeping a close eye on the oposition Kris's UK Turbo The Stig was there standing next to the Murtaya. Got to agree it was a great day. Cars looked really good & it showed that everyone put a lot of effort in. Congrats to the owner of the WR1 (Sorry never got your name ) it was looking fantastic! I just managed to get the remains of the old sunstrip that was on the windscreen & tried on the rear window but no success. Front is ok now, but had to use a Stanley blade to remove the glue! I've got my wee bro's Scoob to do before the Rrrrallye & i beleive i've got another sidc members Black STi to do aswell

Finally got the Mcrae back together again today. New discs, pads & calipers, took off all 4 wheels aswell got them cleaned up & you wouldn't believe the amount of Tar inside them. It's amazing how much it can through them out of balance! But there also all re-balanced, the car feels totally different & i've got a bit of confidence back. Next step is the suspension!

Does the 4 pots fit ok inside the 16" Wheels? I don't mind these kind of Mods, i really wanted to get the suspension sorted out first but the brakes have now taken priority! Cheers Mckay, i'll wait & see what Ian(Godspeed) says first. Had you mate down last night.

Thanks folks, i got the new discs & pads from Godspeed, so i've emailed Ian and awaiting reply. The pads that were in were fine, like new in fact! The discs were warped so that's the reason i'm changing them out. Did manage to get the piston going a little but to be honest they are pretty bad with rust and scored, i'd rather get the calipers replaced then at least i know that's it done properly, might even go for some Goodridge hoses while i'm at it. Just 1 other question, any recommandations for Brake Fluid???

Evening all, Been out in the garage tonight putting my new discs & pads onto the Mcrae & i'm having problems with the usual thing with Subaru's, the Pistons are seized! The seals are split & looks like it's been like that for a while, the pistons are also rusty. Anyone any idea where i can get either reconditioned 2 pot calipers or a new kit with pistons & the seals to go with it.(Is it a awkward job to fit the kit?) It's the front ones by the way. Any help would be appreciated!

Hey folks, got home safe & sound. I had a brilliant weekend, roads were probably the worst i've seen in some places & the best in others. Bit annoyed i had to shoot off, but the vibration coming from the discs was just getting a wee bit to much for my liking. Brilliant laugh last nite, pity the food was a bit of a disaster! # Grant we really need to sit down with a nice bottle of Whisky & get your system immune to the great taste! Great to finally meet a lot of members, i'm sure there will be more coming out about a certain individual cross dressing Thanks a lot for a great weekend I do hope we can all do it again. Here's a few pics i took over the last couple of days. I'll try and get more put up, took loads!

Glad it's arite min. Nearly thought i would have to force you into buying the Wagon! I did stop outside your folks hoose to see you. I had the bike we ma but it looked as if it was gan to bucket doon so i made for the safe haven o the Garage!
