when i was cleaning them out one of them split so i disconnected the two parts from the manifold and the actuator. it pulled like a train ! but when i put them back on (correctly , well that is the question) it didnt pull so good !
if you feed the solenoid hose back into itself rather than onto the t piece(and block them off) do you get more boost ?? if not what is the way to do it and is it safe?
cleaned out the solenoid hoses and components and ......voila ! no splutter although i tried it with the t piece hose disconnected from the actuator and the manifold and it took off like a bloody rocket so i am guessing that what this part is hooked up to limits the boost !
as above and i need pics to rearrange them properly ! what a clown eh ? the hoses are brittle and need replacing anyway ! any pics of the actuator/solenoid hose arrangement ?
i havent done this clean out yet but is exactly like you describe ! and it looks a little oily around the t piece ! i am giving the lexus lights a miss just now too. cheers rab.
ah but the ole blue nose on me is a twitchin ! (just jokin') its a nice kinda british racing green colour. quite subtle but i'dve liked a red or blue or black one ! ah well its kina purty anyhow !
no drives a dream just the odd miss on full gutty in top gear at lowish revs. seems like overfueling as when you lift off a little its fine ? how much for the dog guard and lexus lights ??
