  1. Apparently, you can get a nice chatter from the wastegate with one of these fitted....... Avoids the need to fit an atmospheric DV which as far as I am concerned leaves the car driving a wee bit 'jumpy.'
  2. What a friendly lot you all are, 227 views and 17 replies since my initial post last night!!! Thanks!!! To answer various questions: 1. My car was at S&S yesterday for new rear shockers and strut mounts - hope you did not see it when the mechanic was out 'road testing' it!!! Kidding on, S&S are an excellent outfit. No questions were asked regarding this warranty work, despite the modifications. 2. I stay in Giffnock, on the south side of Glasgow. 3. My brothers name (I have two) is not John Paul - LOL!!! 4. I was at Braehead last night with the wife and so that could have been me. 5. The previous owner 'Ally Mac' on Scoobynet worked in Kilmarnock and lived in Stewarton so you may have seen it around. The illegal spacing of the registration plates (previously read Ally (4LLV)) has now been changed in favour of some nice standard S&S plates. I always flash (if I see you) so see you guys around!! Best regards,
  3. Alright guys, Been a member on Scoobynet for a while (Stephen Pope) but am starting to get a little disillusioned with it as it has lost it's focus a bit. This was my first Scooby: Been browsing this forum for a while and it looks good so far!!! My current road car is a WR blue MY04 STI Type UK with TSL 333 (330bhp,) gold 18" PFF7's, Prodrive springs, front & rear strut braces and TSL fast road geometry set up. I am also a member on http://forum.205drivers.com which is excellent for information on my 205 1.6 GTI track car with 405 SRI engine (1.9 but with more torque.) My brother and I have ben using this at Knockhill for the past couple of Hot Hatch days. Regards,
