Date and Venue decided 20th May

at Cutterslow Park  off the A40 eastern bypass from Summertown and Marston

Shall we say from 11ish ?

As to regards food

Mr H said he is ordering the sausages and Burgers  think we all chip in for the monies (not sure on that one) over to you MR H  have we a price on them yet

If everyone brings what they want to eat etc or shall we do a list and everyone chooses something off that ( thoughts please)

Also we need a few BBQ's can we list if peeps have a BBQ to bring please

The 3rd sunday in May is the day after Japfest,so maybe another weekend?but the weekend after is Bank Holiday,and we need a good turn out on this one as the boss is back[]

again i and everyone would love to see a huge turn out for this, the bucks meet is at the pod rather than the crows nest so im sure they will be up for it aswell?

As well as being a bank holiday weekend, Sunday 27th is the scoobylive event at Elvington, York.

We're not going to Japfest, but still like the idea of a lazy wind-down day. BBQ on Sunday 20th sounds ok - pick a layby or find a field with the gate unlocked?

20th is Great for me and Emma as we're both On call the 27th.

Here's my 10p worth. Next to the Ice Rink is a good idea.

Or what about Wolvercote! There's a big car park, toilets, near the river which is nice and also if i remember rightly they have a permanent BBQ there we'd just need to supply fuel and either a grill or some foil. But if this is of interest i'm due to go over there for a beer with a mate so this is just round the corner???

Oh also its just off A34. Might be a bit easier to get to and parking is right opposite?

guys not sure if your intrested but it my birthday the tuesday after japfest and we are looking at having a bbq down at ours to celebrate - fancy joining forces ?

BBQ at the wolvercoate fields buy the river sounds like one eck of a top idea for next meet to me

top man for that sugestion [Y] its quite a nice area, but does sometimes get busy so we may need to get the carpark full of scoobs as quick as we can!

well up for that, i can get you a good deal on bulk buying burgers and sausages???

I still got the contacts there from the catering days (occasionally still do wedding catering)

Regarding the parking etc for the possible BBQ @ Wolvercote made me wonder if we have a club region banner???

Had something simular with my old club and at shows etc we'd get all the region parked up with the banner gave people an idea who we were. Be good PR for meets too???  i.e. professional looking banner few cones get us an area at Wolvercote car park. I'm sure people wouldn't object to us taking a space up if it all looked professional? Something to discuss at next meet maybe??

I've been to trax's ford fairs etc and seen this type of thing and looks good.

Yes we have banners etc and Marqees for the BBQ and some car park banners

will Get Wimpy to bring them. With regards to the name on windows you will need to speak to Wimpy he will get some done for you, not that expensive either.
