dougster Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 Have you tefloned over all the imperfections then? I'm sure Wesho will give you some clay bar that he obviously isn't using. []
thewelsho Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 thats the teflon challenge lol What's all this Teflon talk? What is it? Isn't that the stuff that goes in frying pans so that your egg doen't stick to it?
RA Dunk Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 What's all this Teflon talk? What is it? Isn't that the stuff that goes in frying pans so that your egg doen't stick to it? basically aye, but its good for giving yer car a shine as well []
dougster Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 Ye canny polish a turd!! [] Martin you hit the nail on the head, all it does is make a reasonably clean car a little more shiney. How does it work on the wheels or does the brake dust stick to the layer of silicone just like it does on a coat of wax?
RA Dunk Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 Martin you hit the nail on the head, all it does is make a reasonably clean car a little more shiney. thats all its supposed to do give it a shine? dunno bout the dust sticking to the wheels yet as i havent been out in it yet []
micra_wrc Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 dunc, you've probably not been out in the car yet as you dont want it to get dirty all cars posted here are looking good, but its a fine balance between driving the car and getting it dirty to washing/polishing the car and not wanting to drive it in case it gets dirty [^o)]
jamesm Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 There is nothing better than driving a really clean and polished car. I enjoy cleaning the car and can quite happily spend hours cleaning it and keeping the paint in good condition so it looks good when I am driving it and generally showing it off. But afterall, you buy them to drive and if it gets dirty so be it. You can always clean it again.

thewelsho Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 Oh! No no no no! Been using the stuff for small areas keeping the tar spots at bay, plus it brings up the graphics on the sides pretty nice too! Even used it on the flaps. So you are NOT getting your clay bar back D.
