gus the bus Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 Guys n girls, Quick question. If I fit one of these as an intermediate pipe next to the Airbox/ MAF (engine side of meter) will this require a remap? or is it just if I start with full induction units? thanks for any help Gus[]
the squiggle Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 Possibility of upsetting the airflow over the MAF. To be safe i would wait until remap time

mctwistuk Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 Gus, the APS CAI 65mm one apparently doesn't require a remap and i have a few contact details for suppliers if you want them.
fai17 Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 I don't think they do anything for performance so you be better a SAMCO instead... I don't think you'll need a remap as it's after the maf sensor
