I think it may have happened though. (but wasn't there so I dont know and are probably talking cack)

The video (I think) was from a camera car going at the correct speed limit, to show some grunt from the other scoobs.

Shoot me down in flames though if you want (ps. I'm not a copper - but a father) , even on Dual Carraigeway with no oncoming traffic, the Cossie is as much at fault for breaking the law as the 15 or so Scoobs that went after him.
