westtra Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 not at home so cant look under car to double check so I am wondering if a prodrive high flow cat and center section will fit on a standart STi exhaust with no problems? as i have possible found those parts. then some time in the new year get the resonator pipe and back box changed out.
st3ph3n Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 I didn't think the PPP came with a new centre section. I thought it was purely the highflow DP and the cat pipe removed. Remember on a new age from the turbo back it goes DP, Cat Pipe, Centre, BB.
westtra Posted November 22, 2006 Author Posted November 22, 2006 Sorry me being dense and not typing what I ment its the decat and DP with highflow cat that I can get. I take it it will fit ok?
st3ph3n Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 Aye. Certainly will. Might want to upgrade your backbox though, and fit an unresonated centre section. Unleash the roar!
fai17 Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 PPP for STI comes with the full exhaust DP,centre and BB
gus the bus Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 PPP for STI comes with the full exhaust DP,centre and BB Thought the Centre section (resonated) was retained for both the WRX and STI????? Gus
ali37 Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 Yep, center section (resonated) is retained for PPP. Down pipe cat changed for hi-flow cat. Second cat removed (by-pass pipe) and replacement BB.

Thats my plan after the high flow and decat. all depends on pennies, been spending too much on other things recently
