I had my car serviced yesterday, using a day off of work. Just had a 15k service plus new platinum plugs. After going through my service history with Fiona and Simon, we got the dates and mileage all sorted out and now its all back on track again.

I cant say enough about the excellent service I got there in terms of work carried out and customer service too. There were problems that were pointed out and planned for inthe future too. Its also comforting to know that one of their machanics is one of the top 3 subaru mech's in the UK.

I had a 15k service and new plugs all for £220 all in. That included massive discounts on labour charges due to the age of the car and also parts discount, they also used Magnetec instead of the Helix substitute that Simpsons used (which was more expensive). I'm taking my car there from now on, beats Simpsons of Swindon (Highworth) hands down. They are a very friendly bunch and i suspect i was chatting with them too much about future work  to let them get on with it. Saying that I have to work in a cambelt change as well as a new clutch in the next few months, but it appears that its still the original after now having done 120,000 miles.

I would highly recommend these guys, give them a try, you wont be sorry [:)]

Had both of mine serviced, and the 2nd one bought from, their Milton Keynes branch before it closed. I've followed 'Drew back to Witney and it's worth all the bother of getting over there and back.

Last visit was at a few days notice just before track training day and i got the car collected and returned by Drew, new pads all round & new front disks fitted - all with SIDC discount.

Even more to their credit - I picked up a copy of True Grip whilst sitting in the reception waiting for service work and that's how i found out about SIDC.

No hesitation in giving them my full recommendation too!

Cheers,

i had my first service done when they were in milton keynes (cos it was a free one!) then followed them to witney and no complaints with the price or service (the courtesy car on the other hand....)

just had this years service done at cotswold subaru and no complaints there either (brand new legacy courtesy car!!)

tbh dont think you can go wrong with any of them but cotswold are cheaper for a straight oil change tho
