Karting Event December

Hi all

I am trying to arrange the karting event now but I need definate numbers of people interested before I can book the venue

I am currently trying to book Ice karting in Newbury for the weekend either 16th or 17th Dec (If that falls through I will post the new details)

But before I can book it I need numbers !!!!!!

There are prizes for podium finnishers etc!!!!!

Well you see its like this I cant get a price/or even book the event until I get a rough idea of the numbers of members/friends who may be able to make it , its not a commitment in saying you want to come it just gives me an idea of how many to book for etc.

Meguiars have already put forward a prize for the event.

I just need names of interested people.

Then I can book it!!!

Then I will know how much it is + will need money for the booking etc as it will prob be non refund etc.

So if you want this to happen get your names down now!!!!

It wont break the bank the standard fee for the day is around £45 a head or so this will be reduced for the purposes of it being a charity event - or the money raised for the charity will be a % of the £45 fee

I cant do any more till you guys get involved.

Hmmm this is a tough one as its so close to christmas, we really would like to do this as Dave has already done it and said its a real blast, however we wont be able to do it before christmas......

Might be better leaving it till after Xmas but hey up to you mate []
