hmmmmmm, ive sent it away twice this year for points and it`s come back both time and nothing was said ? so how does one get one of these new elite licences? post office i presume, and i dont suppose there free so how much will the theiving barstewards change me [:@]

Either/both are acceptable for Saturday. I think from next year you will need to present both parts of the licence.
