RA Dunk Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Gotta love the R32, ugly as hell but i would have one in a hearbeat! Get rid of the whole boot install though[] WTF is that carpet all about! pimp my ride boot lol []
Fee Posted October 22, 2006 Author Posted October 22, 2006 Aye.... we were up by Russ at wallace performace dropping off two of his wheels i had borrowed. The car will be getting stipped, so the furry fluffy boot will be going Its all sheet MDF that looks to be about 3/4" thick! Some weight! Fee and I had a little tussle on the way home.... 40-100+ leptons both times.... It stands at 1-1, even though i think Fee cheated and went early on the first one! Very evenly matched at the moment, but i think the skyline will have it once its gets on its diet Adam
STi_Bandit Posted October 22, 2006 Posted October 22, 2006 Nice looking machine, loving the pics of the engine bay, cant wait to see it on the move :-) Bandit
Fee Posted October 24, 2006 Author Posted October 24, 2006 and the outside..... now less bling'd
wrxmania Posted October 25, 2006 Posted October 25, 2006 Brutalised [] But will do the job nicely - just need to get rid of those horrible wiper blades!!! Brian []
Fee Posted October 25, 2006 Author Posted October 25, 2006 aye...well.... see what halfrauds can offer me....
drb5 Posted October 25, 2006 Posted October 25, 2006 Lookin good Fee/Adam. Really makes me look forward to getting one myself. [H] Was there a lot of weight in the stuff you removed? Not including all the aftermarket I.C.E.
STi_Bandit Posted October 25, 2006 Posted October 25, 2006 aaahhh and so the next project begins didnt take ya long to get started [] Looking good fee/adam Bandit
Fee Posted October 25, 2006 Author Posted October 25, 2006 most of the weight was in the ICE.... tons of it... maybe 50kg worth!!!! The other stuff wasnt too heavy actually. The rear seats are just foam on a wire frame.... very little metal in there to weigh it down. It'll all add up though. Got a headlight vent, N1 bumper vents, Mocal oil cooler and master clylinder stopper on order. Looking through some brake pad options just now. Will give it some fresh oil this week, and maybe an overhual of the front brake calipers
ANDYJDMSTI Posted October 25, 2006 Posted October 25, 2006 you have not done the most important mod yet............getting rid of the Fast and Gay sticker on the engine bay. []
Fee Posted October 25, 2006 Author Posted October 25, 2006 i tried.... but it was taking longer than 30secs so i got bored Its individual gay lettering, not 1 gay sticker Adam
