Custom exhaust anyone?

First post, and apologies if you've read this already on scoobynet. I saw that quite a few second hand Prodrive/H&S backboxes on Ebay are going for £100-125 plus postage... With that in mind, anyone tried getting a custom one made locally as an alternative? Anyone with experience of these places?

RMS do some pretty wild exhaust systems.never heard any complaints but not sure about the 'gass flowed' side of things if your looking for pure performance.

Used Motorsport World for a custom exhaust for my Civic 2 years ago and converted a WRX Peco exhaust for my GX Sport last year. Can choose your tail pipe and system pipe is formed using proper bending machine but don't know about performance gains and gas flow. Think Drivers in Glasgow also build customs.
