Andy UK300
Been thinking a bit about getting some more power out of the uk300, starting to bore me a bit. been looking about on Andy F's site a bit and thought this might be the way to go. friend has a 350bhp evo7 which must go down, some wana aim somewhere 400+bhp which i understand is doable on the 2.5ltr sti. have a good diea of everything needed but just wonderd what everyone else though? re turbo etc. and a total cost as thats hard to work out! cheers Link to comment

Auldy
i dont really rate the Evo's, raced a young guy in one o them 400 special editions. left him off the lights and was pulling away slightly untill hit traffic. but then again it might of jus bn the driver sitin behind the wheel [] Link to comment
AlanG
On a std 2.5 block i'd probably run a TD05/20G for the very quick spool-up and midrange grunt, than going for power figures. Cost all depends on where you get the parts, how much you do yourself and how far you want to take the engine. Best to buy the parts you need one time only, than have to sell and upgrade to suit the new "goal", so to speak. Link to comment
st3ph3n
If it was a 400 special one he was either waiting on the HOOOOOJ turbo to spool up, or he couldn't drive. Or he was on his way to get it serviced because of the 20 mile service intervals. Link to comment
