There is no pretence about it, it IS a rally car! A rally car adapted for road use. It's closer to that than pretending its a police car!

Do you actually rally yours ? I doubt it but you like it to look the part which is fair enough.

If someone actually painted their car like an american police car then i doubt they'd be arresting many chavs but it would look kinda cool and certainley different.
