  Seriously considering getting my bike license, just wondering if anyone here has theirs.  Can you recommend a decent training school in the Lanarkshire/Glasgow area.  I want to go down the DAS route.

Afraid any down my way aint much good to you but good luck as bikes are great fun and i'm forever posting no scooby bike stuff on here.

I did mine with Harley's in 2000 and the instructors were tops. Jim Harley the owner is a top bloke too - don't forget to ask if they've any last minute specials on the price - I got a few quid knocked off.

There's also Harleys in springburn and bikerite in dalmarnock trading estate, rutherglen (across from the vw garage).

I used bikerite and found em ok but it was so long ago you didn't need das.

No mate no me.  I'd tell you where I'm from but I'd prob have somebody round trying to nick my P1. [:D]

sorry bud but i know a few hepburns/hepy's  from that area with fast cars ie rs cossie escorts etc, but i'm not after your uninsured p1 lol !!!

Try Pro Scot in Kirkcaldy mate, a wee bit further away but very good, main man there is john mcdonald, a road race champion, very helpful and knowledgable
