craigwrx Posted July 26, 2006 Posted July 26, 2006 Had a great day there today, Duncan and Alex where most helpful ! [Y] [Y] On arrival, i was informed by Duncan, roughly how long it was going take, he made some suggestions on how i could spend my time, which i thought was very polite and helpful. I went for a short walk to stretch my legs, when i returned, Alex came over and had a chat with me also, she then, which i could hardly believe, gave me some keys to one of there cars !! ...took my mobile number, and she said they would give me a ring when the car was complete. I never waited for the phone call, because i wanted to watch how they went about the geometry setup, ...well worth watching this, unbelievable piece of kit !! Whilst i was paying for the work, i asked if they would fit my two new middle sections (exhaust) Duncan said, that would not be a problem, and asked if 4 O'clock tomorrow was okay, i did ask @ that point, how much would it be ? ...he said it would only take him 15-20 minutes and that he would fit it for free !!!! [:^)] had i heard right ? apparently soo ... I can honestly say, i have never been treated in such a polite, helpful and friendly manner as i was today, (by a company) Hypertech, will always be, my number one choice for any future work (within there area of business of course) ...and no, i dont work there, and have never met them before today. The teins on the car look great !! ....handling wise, as many of u already know ...much, much better, i'm well pleased ! Just before i left, they gave me a colour diagram, of before and after settings to the car, all enclosed in a nice, zipped, see-through pink folder .... [Y] [Y] Big thanks to Gus also, for pointing me in the right direction to start with, for also ordering my new sections, then helping me finish off fitting my mud-flaps ....lol, he only came round to drop the exhaust off after work, he ended up being there for nearly 2 hours ....sorry mate, but last mudflap was a right pig to fit without the proper clips ... Craig ..

paulc555 Posted July 26, 2006 Posted July 26, 2006 I've been a few times to Hypertech as well now and will have no doubts that Duncan will doing all the future work on my car as well. It was Hypertech who fitted the teins on my car also and as you said Craig a good honest and polite service is given here, so well worth a look if anyone else is intersted.....Credit were credit is due as they say..... Paul
STi_Bandit Posted July 26, 2006 Posted July 26, 2006 Good to hear your liking the car on the new setup craig. I think ill be trying hypertech for fitting the bits and bobs on my car once i buy them, after the good review on here Martin
st3ph3n Posted July 26, 2006 Posted July 26, 2006 Did you go for droplinks too in the end Craig? Hypertech used to come and collect my car when I worked in my old job and wanted work done. With the new one I dropped it off and they gave me a run to the station so I could get to my work, and picked me up on my way home. They're a sound lot and where possible they get my business. Only reason it got serviced at main dealers last time was cause I needed new rear shocks under warranty as well and thought a service would grease the wheels of democracy given that it's a euro import on Tein springs. AND IT DID!
