Fee Posted July 25, 2006 Author Posted July 25, 2006 A mate of mine has those exact BK's on his grey STi6. They look quite good IMHO, but the rim is corroding. Cheap wheels though, so it's bound to happen. Same with my old Arospeeds. yeah...about £120 a corner, as opposed to £500 for the bbs lms!!! don't suppose you could get a pic of them on the car? the only reason I'm not too keen on them is the spokes look a bit thin...whereas the ultralites and the bbs lms are more chunky
Fee Posted July 25, 2006 Author Posted July 25, 2006 I think you should remove that link and not show it to anybody else!!!! I really want the gold with polished lip though...I'm picky, I know
drb5 Posted July 25, 2006 Posted July 25, 2006 You want me to remove zee link?? The reg number is no longer on the car, so this isn't a problem..
scientific steve Posted July 25, 2006 Posted July 25, 2006 not the best one i have but it gives you the idea Dougsters old wheels m8? Ah, them were the days.... yep, he made me an offer that i could not turn down likes and that was getting them powder coated too, had to have them in anthracite [] think i could of washed the car before i took the bl@@dy photo [:$]
drb5 Posted July 25, 2006 Posted July 25, 2006 Lol, looks mint on the car. I think it helps with the back windows tinted. [H] Couldn't have picked a better colour of car to put em on too. []
JohnSt Posted July 25, 2006 Posted July 25, 2006 I have 17x8" on my car, with 235/40 tyres, but you wouldn't want to go through the pain trying to fit them to a nice shiney road car. Stick with 7.5" ---john---
the squiggle Posted July 25, 2006 Posted July 25, 2006 With std struts in place i reckon 225 is the widest you can fit, coilovers will give an extra bit of width capabilities
Fee Posted July 25, 2006 Author Posted July 25, 2006 they actually look a lot better on that I had expected....hmmm...I suppose they're a possibility, and they obviously come to fit imprezas!!!
