If the PM tab was Highlighted when you received an email the FAO wouldnt be used.

I only receive emails when I get a PM about once every 5 times! And yes I've turned my options on. I've complained before, but I suspect it's when I'm "active" on the forum they don't get sent.

I receive PM e-mail notification to Outlook fine.

I can't fix the software issue but merely point out the set up above.
