Thanks to mark i met a few of u friendly chaps and chapettes today at the AWD day.

 

I am chris aka loafy, my dj name. i am 24 from sunny old hamilton, moved over from cumbernuald late last yr. i was also wondering if it was possible for me to post links to my dj sets, that i do normally once a week or fortnightly? anyways just thought i would come say HOW DO!

Ok the serious stuff now, here is the toys i have to play with, no scooby parked on the drive before any comments are made! lol

I too had a MK2 Golf Gti 16V with a G60 conversion done by Bedrock Veedubs and some of my mates are VW nuts.

Are you on the Scottish VAG??

Loved my Golf when i had it but times have move on and it's more power from now on with the Big Boys on here.

yeah i sure am on scottishvags, not scottishfags or scottishvaXXXa as someone else called it.

yeah had a 20vt 180bhp mk4 golf b4 finding the R32.

and i am selling the mk2, seen a g60 syncho i want 3 door, rare as hen's teeth but aint cheap either! lol failing that a nice 16v shell (black or grey) with a 20vt ko4  slotted in lol

hows it going, nice line up of cars you have there mate

Few years ago had a mate who hade a g60 syncho, and gave him a shot of my toyota gt4, wanted theCarlos but could not get me grubby mits on one at the time

but me mate could not get over the difference in power, thought that the gt4 was a lot quicket off the mark, think the cars were the same on cornering and stuff on the longer bends

but after all said and done the vw would of been the one for the tighter twisties, mentioned some fun moments blowing off some "better" motas round some corners

Nice looking cars - I'm also in Hamilton as well - don't recognise the pictures of the houses though, so can't figure out which bit you're in - no matter.

Am sure, I've seen that Golf around a few times as I clocked the big bumper conversion -

hoepfully u have only clocked the r32 kicking about, as the mk2 hasnt moved for a few weeks since gettin it, unless my mum is out in at nite time lol old skool mum! lol
