big E
There is a few of these cases going around. Loophole:- You are not required by law to sign the form but you do have to say who was driving the car at the time of the offence. This i think will change now Yorke has been caught Link to comment
aircrest
Can only guess the content of the attachment...as for some reason I can't read it !! However....a few years back when all this started to come about I was photo'd twice on a section of the A12 at Colchester Mr Plod reckoned I was doing 92mph......In truth he was probably correct or maybe even under......three lane road Empty at the time etc etc (I had a Range Rover at the time)........any way I replied to the "request for info" ticket asking for further information as both myself and my then wife both drove the car regulary and could they please state at least whether the driver was male or female ? I could then possibly help them further...... Approx a week or so later I got a letter stating that on this occasion no further action would be taken.... I'm sure that this was probably luck or the technology was quite new then, but I am sure that they cant prosecute everyone untill the guilty one owns up!!!! It's like being back at school......I'm keeping the whole class in until the little G*t that threw the chalk owns up!!!! Don't seem right somehow Now lets all not forget......IT'S NOT ABOUT MAKING MONEY. Link to comment
