The back roads from Ayr down to Newton Stewart. Some really fast strentches of road with a couiple of surprises. The 77 used to be a fantastic road but the new SPEC speed camera's have made the road a bit of mare now.[;)]

a few years back. (A long time ago used to live in cottage at Millhills, had a Subaru pick-up then and it could fly on to !!!!! )

Will look out for you what model do you drive?

For a long run it would have to be A82 onto A87 up to Sky great mix of bends and straights [;)].

For a short run A82 to Crianlarich A85 across and down to Lochearnhead / Callander then Stirling then back home. I think the road going down the A85 through Glen Ogle is one of the best [:D][Y].

Some great roads out that way in general, used to see a girl from Carluke and it was when i first passed my test... My sister's little 1.2 bravo used to get hammered all the time....

Some of the best roads i've ever driven where over in Ireland, heading from the ferry in Larne across the country to tyrone.... loads of long sweeping bends, big hills, huge line of sight so you could use the whole road on corners.... managed to get my RX8 off the ground a few times!
