Any Ideas?

I have got a problem with my MY98. Sometimes, not always, when in any

gear from 2k to 3k revs the car really struggles to pull. Sounds as

though it is going to cut out, but it doesn't happen all the time.

Really strange as it doesn't happen all the time.

Your thoughts and ideas would really be appreciated.

Thanks Dougster,

I had the plugs changed last August, so I don't think it could be them. Might be the coil pack. Is it easy to replace?

Thanks

Thanks for the replies guys. I know that there was a problems with the

lambda sensor and they had to replace part of the wire because the

emissions where to high. I don't know if that has anything to do with

it.

Dougster, how much for the O2 sensor?

Thanks again everyone

Hi Grant,

I am in 2 minds. I have been looking at other Scooby's and if someone

came along at the right price I probably would sell. It's not that I

don't like the car, I absolutly love it, I just fancy a saloon. But I

know I will be gutted when I do sell it. Also can;t get enough of the

Subaru burble.

Cheers

Mikey.

You could always keep a couple of the bits for yourself if you were to sell... To be honest, I dont think you'd have a problem shifting it if you advertised it at the right price. [;)]

If you were going for a Classic Saloon then you could always keep a few of the bits from the wagon... Let me know what sort of money you are thinking about, I'll have a wee ask around and see if anyone round here fancies it. [H]
