Got to disagree completely with this Daz! Willie Robertson has been fantastic of late with his help to the Scottish tarmac rally series. So I won't have a bad word about him at the mo. As for those welching scumbags at Knockhill? Just don't get me started. Suffice to say that i won't be spending any money there and I am sure that their rally school is suffering at tyhe moment due to the number of motor clubs who have had enough of their business practises.

I am led to believe that this could be the last year for Crail which gives me mixed emotions. Its a loss of a motorsport venue, but a place run by someone with a love of motorsport rather than a love for maximum cash would be a welcome change.

Anyway, dont you have some washing / polishing to be doing? []

I was led to believe that his 28 day license was not to be renewed next year due to mounting complaints from the villagers

This was only word of mouth so may be entirely wrong, also Councils etc have been know to change their minds []

Just have to wait & see I suppose.

Its ironic that the state of Crail is so bad, afterall they ONLY charge a tenner per person to get in plus extras from track etc. Still a bit of a laugh there, but could definately do with someone who will put a bit of investment into it, afterall its a decent sized venue with plenty of potential.

As for any other venue, it would be welcomed, but no matter where it is there will always be someone to object, whether its locals who live near it or those who are in places we pass through to get there........

I don't think Crail is that bad. The track is so much better than it was 10 years ago as there were some really rough bits. the buildings can't be touched because of their historic status. The site is of major historical signifcance as one of the few untouched WW2 airfields.

Cheers Grant, im sure the troops will email me lettin me no aswell, ther goin to a rolling road day soon, not sure the date tho! Will be interested to find out the figures the cars gets then. Scott with the yellow 1 is selling it 4 a scoob or an evo, dont think he can make his mind up but its no a bad position to be in haha[]
