G.Mac Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 Was talking to a boy this evening about getting a Defi package for myself and he was asking if I would be interested in setting up a group buy to save ourselves some cash (and give him more profit at the end of the day). He is in the process of setting up a deal with suppliers direct in Japan and will e-mail me in a couple of days with a price. So the more of us wanting stuff the bigger the discount Graeme (not sure if this is the correct area for this thread so if a mod thinks its not feel free to move)

The cheapest price I have been Quoted in my search is £550 delivered for Boost, Oil Pressure, Oil Temp gauges, Controller and pod He is hopefull of beating this price by a decent margin Graeme

I take it if I wanted to go to a 4 gauge setup later it's easy enough to do because of the whole link system? I'm thinking of boost on the pillar then 3 on the pod.
Gumball Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 aye with the pod it was about 470quid but that was ages ago and i stopped doing it. still get fuel pumps and alloys cheaper than a buzzard crutch though alloys are bought and sold legally in glasgow and are much cheapness.

I was going to by a set of defi BF's on a scoobynet group buy when it fell through at the last minute. Can I just check that this is for a set of defi BF's (white illumination) and a genuine defi 3 gauge pod? Can you also mix the metric and imperial scale gauges onto the same link controller. In other words I would like my boost in psi and my temperature in degs celcius?? The reason I ask is that the scoobynet GB got changed to white/green standard defi gauges - not the funky autimated BF range. Dave
